Realvest strives to keep fees to a minimum to maximize your returns. Currently, we do not charge any upfront fees for investing in our real estate backed bonds. This means there are no fees for account creation, investment purchases, or withdrawals. There will be possible payment processing fees for the online bond purchase. These fees would be visible on the online payment screens.

There are certain business/operational costs which are factored in our bond pricing. These costs can't be defined as fees but we still feel that knowing this would help future investors to better understand our position. Sharing these information can help us create fully transparent relations with our future investors.

• Bond purchase fee: Every time you buy our bond, small part of that payment is going to our team and helps us maintain the high level of our property purchase process.
• Rent management fee: Every time our renters pay their rent, small part of that payment is going to our property management team. This ensures top performance of our property management service.
• Property amortization fee: Every time our renters pay their rent, small part of that payment is going to our property maintenance budget. With this budget we ensure the property will be properly maintained for the full period until the bond maturity date.
